Description:

Don’t miss the chance to taste the real flavours of Tuscany, visiting a cheese factory and a winery. The cheese factory was born in 1955 and nowadays the same criteria of production are preserved, in order to maintain the same good quality of the products. During the visit, the guests could follow the whole production’s process of different types of cheese. At the end, you can enjoy the lunch inside the factory and then, transfer to the winery. During the transfer, the guests drive along the Strada del Vino delle Colline Pisane (Road of the Wine of Pisan Hills). In the winery you can learn how the wine and the oil are produced and why they are a symbol of Tuscany. At the end of the tour, you can taste some wines in the old castle, where they used to have their production in the past.
